How does it work in the search window?
Select Create column in the search window toolbar, then select the To IPv6 (translated) operation. You need to specify one argument:
Argument | Data type |
---|---|
IPv4 to convert mandatory | ip |
The data type of the values in the new column is ip6.

In the demo.ecommerce.data
table, we want to transform the IPv4 addresses in the clientIpAddress column into IPv4-translated IPv6 addresses. To do it, click Create column and select the To IPv6 (translated) operation. The arguments needed are:

... and add the operation syntax to create the new column. These are the valid formats of the To IPv6 (translated) operation:
