What permissions do I need?
Apart from management permissions on Alert configuration as mentioned in the Configuring alerts articlethe Manage version of the Alert configuration permission, you also need to have management permissions on the type of delivery method in question to the Manage version of the corresponding delivery method permission to access the different delivery methods tabs and perform these tasks.
If you have the view View version of these permissions, you will only be able to see the existing delivery methods but not to perform any of the tasks described in this article.If you do not have the permissions at all, you will not have access to this area.
