What permissions do I need?
To access this area to create and manage tokens, you need to have the Manage version of the corresponding token permission (see picture below). Having the View version allows you to check existing tokens only (more info about permissions here).
Having view permissions for one token type is enough to grant you access to this area but you will not be able to see the other token types unless you also have the corresponding permissions for each of them.
