In order to work with Model Management you need to activate Machine Learning permissions in your role. Go to Administration → Roles → Permissions → Machine Learning and active the view and manage permissions in Models.

NoteI don’t see Machine Learning the Manage level of the Models permission. Having only the View level will allow you to see them but not create them or edit existing ones (more info about permission here).

Go to Administration in the navigation pane and click on Model management.

Click on Upload model on the upper right corner.

Model wizard opens. You should fill out the form with the details of your model. Click Next.

Configure the fields if needed. Review everything is correct and click Next.
