To get rid of an Acitveboard you application no longer need, simply click the Uninstall button at the top right of its card or access the Manage installed content area.

Open and navigate
To access an installed application, click Applications in the Navigation pane and select it (you can find it using the search box).
You can also access an application from Exchange by clicking the Open button that appears in its card after the installation is complete. You can also return to the content in Exchange by clicking the back arrow on your browser.

The application will open in a new browser tab so that you can keep your current session while you work with it.
