What permissions do I need?
To access this area to create and manage tokens, you need to have the Manage version of the corresponding token permission (see picture below). With the View version you can only check existing tokens (more info about permissions here).
Having view permissions for one token type is enough to grant you access to this area but you will not be able to see the other token types unless you also have the corresponding permissions for each of them.
