What permissions do I need?
To use this feature, you don’t need any other permission apart from that required to run a search (see Run a search using a finder for more information).
Adding descriptions
You can add a brief description to a query to indicate its purpose or define the data it contains in case other users access it.

Open a search.
In the search window, select Additional tools → Current query → Comment and click inside the field that appears.
Enter the description and click outside the field to save it. |

Checking added descriptions
The description remains in that field. Later on, to view the description of a query you must follow the same steps described above.
