General tab in case configuration

About the general tab

This tab contains two different options to configure:

• Case ID prefix: you can specify a prefix to accompany the automatically assigned ID upon creation. This also affects existing cases. Simply click on the field, write the desired string, and click the confirm button.

• List of whitelisted regular expressions: you can whitelist URLs, File hash, or IPs for later use in cases. Simple select the corresponding object type, click on the field, and click the plus button (+) after inserting the desired string. The whitelisted object will be added below.
