Reset a User's Password

If you already know your current password and want to change it:

NOTE:

Any user can reset a password for their account.

  • Select your username on the left navigation

  • Click on Reset Password
    (or)
    Navigate to User Profile ** > Security Settings > PASSWORD and click on Reset Password**

  • Under Set Password

  • Enter your Current Password. ```

  • Forgot the Current Password, follow Unlock a User's Account steps to generate temporary OTP (One Time Password). ```

  • Enter New Password and Confirm Password.

Refer to Set Password Policy to satisfy the password criteria.

  • Click Submit.
