What permissions do I need?

To save or restore the layout configuration, you need the Show/hide columns permission.

Set a table layout for your user

After modifying the field configuration as required you can save your custom layout to use the next time you access that data table. To do it, select the options menu in the right-hand side and select Source table → Manage field schema → Save view field schema.

Set a table layout for your domain

Users with the necessary privileges, such as Admin users, can set a custom table layout for all the users in the domain by selecting Source table → Manage field schema → Save domain field schema.

Restore the default table configuration

Select Source table → Manage field schema → Reset view field schema or Reset domain field schema to go back to the default table configuration for your user/domain.
