The Tools area of the navigation pane displays the tools activated in your domain. Tools are primarily used to carry out data searches and, if activated, are available to all users in the domain. This differs from Applications, which are custom built specifically for clients or to cover functionalities or areas not automatically available in Devo.
To access the Tools area, you need to have the Tools permission (visit role permissions for more info). The tools available to you also depend not only upon your permissions but also your company's Devo service plan.

If you do not see this area of the navigation pane despite having the right permissions and service plan, contact the Devo support team.
