Purpose
Devo Service Operations is a flexible, multi-purpose monitoring solution that aims to increase operational efficiency of IT and security teams. By easing the definition of complex topology and impact rules, Service Operations enables users to model their systems and environments in a simple but powerful way. It relies on the use of maps, which are logical representations of the scenario to handle. Once executed, they can detect anomalous statuses, aggregate individual events into incidents, or trigger alerts and closed-loop actions.
Open app
Once the app has been installed, you can use the Open button at the top right of the card in Exchange to access it and use it as intended. You can also access the app via the Navigation pane.
