Validate your Azure Event Hub collector

Validate your Azure Event Hub collector

If you have created an Azure Event Hub collector, but the Event Hub is empty, you may wish to test it using this example.

  1. Create a storage account in the same region as the event hub.

  2. In Monitor, locate the storage account and its blob.

  3. Create an audit monitor for the blob.

  4. In the storage account, add a container.

  5. If the event hub and collector were enabled correctly, the Devo table cloud.azure.storage.storagewrite will log a CreateContainer event.

  6. The storage account can then be removed.
