Upgrade a collector

To upgrade a collector in the Cloud Collector Application, click the collector’s name to access the Version tab.

Use the dropdown to select the highest version number. Then “Save changes.”

Devo recommends selecting the highest available version number. If the first part of the version number has changed, consult the documentation for migration instructions. If the second or third part of the version number has changed, the collector may be upgraded without migration. Some new collector features will be enabled automatically during an upgrade, while other new features will require a change to the collector parameters.

Devo may perform collector upgrades at its discretion. Old versions of collectors may be removed from the Cloud Collector App.
