API & OData feeds

API feeds and OData feeds are secure, outgoing feeds linked to specific data resources in Devo. API feeds are created when you generate new tokens in the Authentication Tokens tab of the Administration → Credentials area. OData feeds are created from the search window by selecting Additional Tools → Query Info → OData URI.

In this tab of the Administration → Data Management area you can perform the following tasks:

Filter feeds

All the API and OData feeds that have been created in your domain are listed in this tab. If you think you might not be seeing the most recent data, you can click the Refresh button above the table.

The Status column shows if they are enabled (green) or disabled (red). You can filter them by status using the drop-down above the table.

If you need to show the feeds of a specific time period you can use the buttons above the table.

You can use the search above the table to filter data. It works as a centralized way of filtering using any data type present in the table. Click the expandable menu and select the filtering criteria from the drop-down, then write the desired text. The table will only show those feeds containing that string in the field selected as filtering criteria. This method can be used to filter by Tag, TypeName, Authentication TypeOwner, Query ID and Token.

You can filter specific content in the table using the column filters. Click the filter of the desired column and write the desired text. The filter icon will turn green and the table will show only those feeds containing that string in that column. This method can be used to filter by TypeName, Authentication Type, and Owner.

You can also filter by clicking cells on the table, or a specific part of it (for example, a tag or a status icon), to use its content as filtering criteria. The table will only show those feeds containing that information. This method can be used to filter by Type, Authentication Type, Owner and Tags.

If you want to remove the applied filters, you need to proceed depending on the method used. To remove those applied using the column filters, you need to delete the text written in each column filter. To remove those applied using any method, you need to click the cross next to each filtering criterion that appears next to Keys above the table.
