About the Activeboard manager
The Activeboard manager is a modal window which appears automatically when accessing the Activeboards section menu where you can can create, filter, refresh, and manage your domain’s Activeboards.
Click the New Activeboard button in the upper right to create an Activeboard. Once created, your new Activeboard will appear highlighted in green. Use the Refresh button to view any changes in your list.
What permissions do I need?
Apart from the Activeboards (manage) permission required to access the Activeboards area and manage them, you also need specific Activeboards to be shared with you on a manage basis (refer to Share Activeboards for more information).
The Activeboards displayed here those created or installed in the domain . However, if you have only been granted view access, you will not be able to perform the tasks labeled as "manage" in the management section below.

Filter Activeboards
You can use the following options to filter Activeboards in the Activeboards Manager:
Search box:
Introduce the desired text in the search box and the Activeboard list will be filtered as you type, showing only those containing that string. The search will be performed over all the fields: Name, Created by, and Tags.
Buttons:
Favorites: click the Favorites button next to the search box to show only those Activeboards marked as favorite by yourself, while changing the button’s color to indicate the activation of that filter.
Shared: click the Shared button next to the search box to show only those Activeboards that have been shared in your domain, while changing the button’s color to indicate the activation of that filter.
Scheduled: click the Scheduled button below the search box to show only those Activeboards that have a scheduled report, while changing the button’s color to indicate the activation of that filter.
Filters:
By name: type the activeboard name and the visible list will fit with that information.
Created by: type the user name or select it from the dropdown menu list.
By tags: type tag name or select the Tags dropdown and choose one or more tags.
Deselect the applied filter buttons to remove any of them.
Simultaneous filters
Be aware that all these filters can be applied simultaneously and in that case, only those Activeboards meeting all the specified conditions will be shown.

The Activeboard manager shows the activeboard information:
Name: The name of the activeboard is linkable to directly open in the Activeboards area. Hovering it makes the description information appears.
The icons appearing next to the name indicates if the activeboard has been shared or scheduled.
Last modified: the moment in which the latest change was performed, expressed in local time and date.
Created by: the name of the user that created the Activeboard.
Tags: the tags applied to this Activeboard.
Open and manage Activeboards
To manage an Activeboard, select any of the following icons at the left-side:
Heart icon: click it to mark an Activeboard as favorite (only for you). Your favorite Activeboards are listed in the Favorite Activeboards widget of your Home page.
Pencil icon: click it to edit the name and description of an activeboard.
Open icon: click it to open the activeboard in a new browser tab.
Ellipsis icon: click it to open a contextual menu with the a set of options, which depend on the access permissions you have over the corresponding Activeboard. Assuming you have manage access, the options shown are those explained below:
Open | Opens the corresponding Activeboard. Alternatively, you can simply click the corresponding row on the Activeboard Manager to open it. |

Open in new browser tab | Opens a new tab in the browser to show the content of the corresponding Activeboard. |
Set as default | Set the Activeboard as the default to be displayed when accessing the Activeboards area. A blue tag appears next to your default Activeboard name. When no Activeboard is selected as the default, no Activeboard is open upon access, and a message will be displayed prompting you to select one. |
Manage user tags |
Existing tags Take into account that the existing tags will remain as an option to select in the dropdown as long as they are applied to at least one Activeboard; if they are removed from that Activeboard you will have to create them again. |
Edit details | Edit the Activeboard's name and description. |
Clone | Select the Clone button to make a copy of the Activeboard. |
Delete | Delete the Activeboard. |
