If you changed the toolbar layout, you must select Save Current Workspace to apply the changes so that they remain for future searches. Otherwise, this layout will be visible only in the current search and new searches will display the default configuration. Bear in mind that this customization is user-specific.

You may not have selected the required type of operations in the Operation section. Choose either custom or all and you will see lookup operations on the list. Remember that it is also necessary that the lookups in question have been shared with you.

If you move a column with haste, you may notice that it has not been moved to the desired position. To drag a column and drop it into a new position, the trick is to hold the header where you wish to drop it and only release the mouse when the position turns grey.

To see its distinct values, just hover over the arrow in the column header instead of clicking it, because doing so will close the menu.

Activeboards

You will find the difference when working in View mode. Using your browser's refresh button will reload the whole Activeboard and changes in the visual settings will be lost. Using the refresh option in Activeboards will re-launch only the queries feeding the widgets and changes in the visual settings will remain.

This is probably because of the multiple selection option, which requires a slight change in the widget syntax: equal must be substituted by in.
