Lookup error types

If there is any problem with a lookup, a notification icon appears next to the status. Click it to check the problem and a suggested solution, if available. There are some specific cases worth mentioning:

  • Retrievable lookup: the error can be solved and the lookup retrieved for later use.

    • Automatically: the system will automatically perform the necessary actions to retrieve the lookup and change its status to Available.

    • Manually: you need to manually activate the lookup Refresh option to trigger the necessary actions to retrieve the lookup and chante its status to Available. You can either use the button in the error dialogue or use the option in the ellipsis menu (see Lookup management options below).

  • Irretrievable lookup: the error cannot be solved by any means and the lookup will not be usable.

    • Error while Creating: the Refresh option will not be available and the lookup will remain on the list until manually removed with the Delete option, allowing you to keep it for reference.
