Delete triggered alerts

What permissions do I need?

To access the Alerts overview area and delete alerts, you need the Triggered alerts (manage) permission (see a detailed description of the alerts permissions here).

Additionally, you need to have alerts assigned with View access (see Assign resources to a role), which will be those you will see on the list.

Deleting triggered alerts from the alert list

You can completely remove a triggered alert from the list when you no longer want to keep record of it, or you can also delete several alerts at the same time.

Deleting a single alert

To remove a single alert entry from the record, simply click the ellipsis menu at the end of the row and select Delete.

Deleting alerts in bulk

Check the boxes next to the names, click the Bulk actions button next to the master checkbox, and select Delete.

Deleting a triggered alert from the alert details window

You can also delete a triggered alert from the details window, which is accesible by clicking an alert’s ID on the list (more info about the details window here). Click the ellipsis button at the top right and select Delete.
