Open and manage recently accessed Activeboards (session manager)
About the session manager
The session manager is a panel where you can see those Activeboard that you have been working with in your current session. To access it, click the name of your current Activeboard at the top left corner of the screen. Each Activeboard is represented as a thumbnail showing a schematic view of the widgets it contains.
Creating activeboards
You can find a button to create a new Activeboard at the beginning of the session manager.
Opening Activeboards
If the session manager contains too many widgets, you can make use of the search box to help you find a specific one. When you find the one you’re looking for, simply click it to access it.
You can also open it in a new browser tab by hovering over it and clicking the top button of the two that appears on the right.
Managing Activeboards
Once you open an Activeboard, you can manage it using the different option at the top bar (see Manage current Activeboard).
Including and removing Activeboards
To include Activeboards in the session manager for quick access, you need to open them for the first time using the Activeboard manager.
To remove an Activeboard from the session manager, hover over it and click the bottom button of the two that appears on the right.
