Overview
Applications is how we refer to the Devo vertical applications and alert libraries that you can activate for use in your domain. To browse the available applications and enable or disable them, go to Administration → Applications gallery.
The gallery lists tiles for all available applications.
What permissions do I need?
To access the application gallery to enable or disable application, you need the Application gallery permission (visit role permissions for more info).
Using the Applications gallery
The filter buttons above the list of available applications allow you to show only vertical applications and libraries, as well as sort them alphabetically or by most recent.
To activate or deactivate a resource, simply click the button on the tile. Activating an application in your domain does not automatically grant domain users the ability to access it. You need to go to Administration → Roles and grant different roles access to the application.
When a user has permissions to access a vertical application, it will appear listed under the Applications menu in the main navigation panel.
When an alert library is activated, users with permissions to manage alerts will be able to enable or disable the alerts in the Available Alerts tab in the Administration → Alert configuration area.
