Notes

Use notes to highlight additional information that doesn't otherwise fit in the main text or merits special attention.

In Devo we use the following types:

• Note—provides supplementary details on issues that do not affect users directly.

• Info—provides helpful information that has a practical meaning but may not be obvious to users.

Use notes sparingly as too many in one article can make it visually jarring and difficult to read. If you have several notes of the same type, try merging them together or incorporating some of them to the main text.
