Alerts Bug fixes
The "New Postfilter" button is now disabled for users without manage permission when permissions are different per alert.
Fixed an issue where incorrectly formatted characters in Extra Data would cause errors during decoding. Now, decoding handles these characters properly.
Adjusted the afterRow container to better accommodate large summary and description texts, ensuring they display correctly.
Implemented a new component to expand table cells with long text, enhancing readability.
When updating a failing alert with a new query, the DevoSource no longer retries continuously without waiting, and when the DevoSource is sleeping (due to an error or batch processing), updates to the alert are now performed without delay once the sleep period ends.
