This release is focused around the new Field viewer feature that is now available in Data search.
It groups together the field manager and stat counts functionalities and is designed to empower analysts to take better action on data by consolidating essential elements in a single, streamlined interface.

We’ve added the Field viewer to the Data search window that will provide the user an expanded panel containing the list of all fields resulting from the query. The Field viewer allows you to manage the fields in the table/list area, as well as compute/display statistics associated with all the distinct values of each of the fields.
General features:
Available in Table view and List view.
Available for all user roles.
Field features:
Fields are draggable.
Stats features:
The “Stat count of searches” permission is needed to access the statistics for the total/full (server) number of events. Statistics for the partial/local (browser) number of events are always available.
Users can see the exact number of events/values as well as the rounded version.

From the Field viewer you can manage the resulting query fields in the following places/ways:
In the Data search table area :
Choose the explicit order of any field.
Sort all fields by name or type.
Choose which fields to show.
Drag and drop a field into Loxcope charts.
Know which fields you are working with at any point of the breadcrumb trace.
Perform operations over the data contained in a specific field.
In the Field viewer itself:
Search field by name.
Save or reset the field schema (for the user or for the domain)
Filter the fields displayed in the Field viewer.
The Data search menu has been update in the following way::
As “Field viewer” replaces the functionality of “Field manager”, the “Fields” menu option has been removed.
As “Field viewer” replaces the functionality of “Stat counts”, the “Tools and Stat count” menu option has been removed.
