Devo’s new interface

At the center of this latest release is the unveiling of Devo’s new UI, which is more modern, consistent, intuitive, and accessible than ever. 

It provides our users with the best possible experience as well as enabling UI personalization capabilities. 

 

The main changes to our UI include:

  • More use of a blue palette, implementation of colors for colorblind users, and less visual noise.

  • Subtabs are now consistent across the platform and some sections are moved to subtabs.

  • A better use of contrast and visual spacing, as well as less icons.

  • Horizontal scroll bars are always visible and some components are responsive to screen width and height.

  • Changes to navigating domains.

  • A redesign of the welcome and customer support pages.

  • Warning modals  and notifications have been redesigned and action buttons are more intuitive.

Activeboards → Scheduled reports

  • We’ve introduced a new option to delete scheduled reports.

  • You can filter the Activeboards with an associated schedule.

  • We’ve added the view policy to the Scheduled reports role permission.

Activeboards → New option when cloning

  • Improved user interaction in the clone operation, adding a new possibility that lets you decide to just clone the Activeboard or clone it and then open it as the current Activeboard.

Data search → Partial data

  • From now, when there is an issue with data being retrieved from a data node, a notification advises you that the query is only returning partial data.

Preferences → Maximum inactivity time by domain

  • We’ve added a new feature for non-FedRamp domains that allows the Admin user to set a maximum inactivity time for all the domain users (PCI compliant feature). This is available in Preferences → Domain preferences.
