Activeboards: operations at widget level

To save resources and optimize performance, certain operations can be now performed on individual widgets. This includes enable/disable real-time data flow and refresh/abort the query. Learn more here.

Activeboards: widget icons rearranged

The icons that indicate widget conditions have been revamped and rearranged. Furthermore, these icons now display a text helper when you click them. Learn more here.

Alerts: new timezone option

A timezone can now be selected when creating, editing, and cloning alert definitions to adapt the query that monitors the alert conditions. This provides you with full control over the alerting process, suppressing uncertainty when multiple users and timezones are involved. Learn more here.

Alerts: link to alert details in email

Alerts sent through this delivery method now contain a link to see the details of the alert in Devo. Furthermore, the email subject has been fixed and standardized.

Lookups API: new endpoints

Multiple endpoints, six in total, have been defined to be able to create and update each specific lookup type (upload, static, and dynamic). Learn more here.

Feature rescheduled

It was initially planned for this release but has been rescheduled due to technical issues and will be launched soon.

Improvements

Activeboards: management options

The options to manage Activeboards are based on the permissions granted to access a specific Activeboard, and thus the activation of the edit mode is not necessary to show them in the ellipsis menus. Learn more here.

Activeboards API: default endpoint

The endpoint for retrieving the default Activeboard has been updated so that it no longer returns one when there is no default Activeboard available. Learn more here.

Alerts: edit alert query in a new window

When editing an alert definition from the triggered alerts page, you can now open a search with the alert query in a new browser tab. This allows for editing of the query while keeping the triggered alerts page open.

Data search: autoparser

The autoparser window responsiveness has been improved and the overall performance of the process has been optimized. Learn more here.

Domain preferences: real-time disabled by default

The option to enable real-time data flow automatically when opening a search is disabled by default. Learn more here.

General improvements: email template updated

Emails sent to users from the different areas of the Devo platform (triggered alerts, Activeboards scheduled reports, etc.) now display a new look and feel. The only exception to this is the case of triggered alerts with attachments, which will be updated soon.
